My experience with the staff at this branch has been nothing but excellent. Dealt with Kelvin at the front who was very welcoming he then directed me to the assistant branch manager Frank Valdes who was very knowledgeable on their products and processes. A truly great experience.

I recently called the bank to inquire about a car loan, I was very impressed with the service and attention received from Ms. Romero. I asked her position and she said she was the manager. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all the loan option clearly. I even called a second time with my husband and she went over all the details again.
