I had such a great experience thanks to Mileena at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, she made everything feel easy and welcoming. $50 parking fee in Aptos!! No complementary water. No water fountain No soap No breakfast included Dirty room: we found some dirty food scraps on the floor. By the 101 so very loud. There are way better options in the area!!

For starters the landscape is wonderful, but having said that lets get to it. First is there is no handicap parking near the entrys to the rooms and on top of that the spaces are so tight you cannot get in and out of your vehicle bit you have to pay to park there. Then there eas no bath towles in the room, an outlet was not installed into the wall well, one of the dresser drawers was not evem attached to the drawer rails. Forget using the pool or hottub as tjere are kids and dogs running in and out of them in mass. Then dogs... read more

Grounds are lovely. My room was very clean, nice, and comfortable. I didn't like that they snuck in a $15 parking fee upon arrival and that staff are loudly conversing in the halls in the morning when cleaning vacated rooms.
