Nice room with a patio overlooking the pool. On-site restaurant was quite good but a little bit pricey. Friendly staff.
In town for work. The place is safe and clean. Front desk staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. The room is super comfortable and suprisingly spacious. I like the property. Convenient location. VERY KID FRIENDLY. There are swarms of littles, pool is full of very happy and vocal munchkins. Everyone seems pretty well behaved. I haven't seen this many kids outside of an elementary school - might be different outside of high tourist season.
Room not ready at the 4:00 check in time. Was not made aware of no elevator available when made reservations Told at check in "it's only12 steps" I am 76 years old felt a little unsafe lugging my heavy suitcase. ] I was told after speaking to Assistant Manager to call front desk when leaving for assistance. On check out called front desk 3 times over 15 minutes. NO answer. Lugged them back down stairs myself. $15 charge to park vehicle is just kinda gouging the guests. This inn charged my room card (which was through work) and my debit card for my food. So I paid $60+ for each meal. I called several times for them to give me a refund but they denied that they charged me twice, even though I had receipts to prove it. Do not stay here. Also there room was very dirty. The location is great right between the forest and beach, just careful when ordering from their restaurant, they will scam you.
