One of the Managers named Martha showed discrimination due to body size, and i noticed that because she REFUSED services to me, i feel BEYOND in disbelief that i had to experience this, I will NOT be coming back here again, i don’t understand how a MANAGER could show such discrimination when they are supposedly supposed to be the ones to show amazing customer service.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was a good size, and the location is great. Staff was really nice. Sadly, my allergies were killing in the room every time I turned the air on. The room was okay clean, but I did find a used band-aid with my sock walking around. Using a UV light, we saw that the restroom was not clean very well.
This was r first time since it changed from the Best Western. We were very disappointed with the services and the new charge for parking , plus the $5 fee fees r the bottle of water that n r room.The poor services included no bath towels or wash cloths in r room, no pool towels ( use the pool phone to request and still no towels arrived) I even had to go to the front desk for a roll of toilet paper. We stayed here several times prior to it's new ownership and loved it. Can't say the same for this trip. When we arrived there were two towels in our room. Our party was 2 adults and 2 kids. We went down to the pool, and there we no towels. Used pool phone to call and request towels, told it may be a while, they just started a load. Start talking to people at pool and several other people had called requesting towels before me. This Hilton was not ok. We came with our sons family and had no towels in the room. We went to the pool and there were no towels. We called for help and we're told they would be brought. They sent 5 towels an hour later but there were more people the towels. Very disappoining.
