The appetizers of shrimp and calamari were excellent. The 7 entrees were hit or big miss. The worst was the surf and turf at $42. The lobster was old, smelly, dry and rubbery. The drawn butter did not taste like butter. The filet seemed more like sirloin than a filet. The mac n cheese was very dry. Would not recommend. The location and view were great.
The food is all one note, so hot everything taste the same. The resteraunt layout is ridiculous and the beach bar space is an after thought. Services and Management are way below and acceptable standards
RecommendedDinner at Gilbert’s Southern Kitchen was delightful in every way. The food is creative and absolutely delicious. My husband and I really enjoyed it and will definitely return soon!
