My salad was horrible. I let the bartender know my chicken was old, cold, and over cooked. They took chicken away and left my salad. While waiting for fresh chicken I noticed the cheese was missing and the lettuce was brown. The exact same chicken was brought back to me after being reheated. So the old dry chicken was even drier and looked inedible. I was disgusted and sent the whole salad back and wanted nothing else from their kitchen. Great times, great memories! Staff is always very friendly and persistent. Live music last time I was here was a blast. Great environment and relaxed atmosphere.
I guess we came in at shift change ...as I kept hearing this..after waiting I finally could flag someone down to take care of us on the patio..totally thrilled to be there. .our server took the order...wings although tender were over seasoned. ..gumbo was dam good..service was just really hard to get.. Cool spot if they could work as a team..
We've overlooked the marginal service from the past and took out-of-town guests here on Sunday, July 2, 2017. I'd been told that fresh oysters were a guarantee. Nonetheless, I did ask the waitress if they were fresh - being Sunday. She assured us they were. WELL! Both of us who ate them were violently ill on Tuesday - ALL DAY.
