We rented a townhouse on Martin St. Gorgeous place,actually looked better than the pictures! It was in walking distance of the excellent Big Fish Grill and Jungle Jim's Water Park. Short drive to the boardwalk and Deauville Beach,a nice country beach. The townhouse had a fully stocked kitchen with dishes,cookware,spices and utensils,as well as a grill. Booked a last minute trip with them, was happy with the booking process and agents, but VERY disappointed in the state and cleanliness of the rental and the lack of response to my concerns. While the location and size of the unit were great, the unit is in serious need of a full deep clean of the kitchen, and some updating/repair work, (potential safety hazard/soft spot in the bedroom floor covered by a rug, broken blinds, lamps didn't work, no accessible outlets in living room or bedrooms, only one bedroom has AC) . We stayed at the Ohana house and it was beautiful. We had no issues with the property at all. We will definitely be renting again with Seachange Vacation Rentals!

We made a last minute decision to work remotely from the beach for a couple of weeks, being smart and cautious about our public interactions....lots of ordering take out from our favorite beach restaurants and always wearing our face masks out and about. The Seachange Staff we’re super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, extremely responsive during our stay, and truly cared about our experience.
