I checked the reviews and I find it odd that most aren’t actual homeowners here just people who toured the development. As a homeowner I will say this place is a nightmare. It’s a constant construction zone with nails all over the streets , homes are held together with glue and prayers and the HOA is absolutely the worst. During our first walk-thru of the Townes at Seabrooke we met the on-site Sales associate David. We also met James on our next visit. Almost one hour passed on each visit to view the two story home and discuss in detail the value and quality for the price point, which I believe is one of the best values for the money in the Leland / Wilmington area regardless of the interest rate.
