Patronize this establishment at your own risk. I just went there and they broke the sun roof of my SUV. They tried to say it was open but it wasn’t. I have had that sunroof closed and haven’t opened it in years. We just had snow a couple times this past week. If the sun roof was open the snow would have seeped in. Also if it was open when the car went through the car wash the interior would have gotten wet. That wasn’t the case. I think part of the problem is there isn’t an owner onsite. They do an excellent job for the price! Relatively quick
We've used this car wash for over 20 years. They do a fantastic job cleaning our cars both inside & out. (We have 3 cars). The help is very friendly. Once I wasn't happy with something & the managers on duty were more than friendly & very accommodating to rectify the situation so I didn't leave unhappy.
Customer service is very poor from the management down I was waiting in line early before it opened when it opened they started taking cars ahead of me in different lines then only when I asked why they said because this was not a lane that was open even though it's clearly marked as Lane number one then they didn't want to do anything for me so I just left
I used to love this place been getting cars cleaned here for over 8 years recently got a brand new car and contacted management regarding tar scratches no response from them at allthe attendance a great but poor management
