When I got there the unit I had rented was full and they didnt have anymore 10 by 20 units so they had to give me a larger unit and I was told I would get the rate for what I booked, I never did get that rate and I didnt complain but when my unit went up just recently by 100 dollars a month they basically told me I was sol, bad service all the way from the beginning and im sure it will not get any better when I move all of my stuff out before the end of the month, very disappointed and im sure nobody will do anything about t... read more

My first time experience here went very well . I visited this storage to help a family member move and Theresa was working so hard! She answered all the questions i threw at her & trust me i asked a lot lol . She was so polite and helpful even with her hands full offered the best customer service. She deserves a raise! So I’m going to need corporate to pay this woman ASAP !
