I am a resident at the Vantis Apartments, and I have lived here since October 2021. I love living here and today I want to acknowledge. MIGUEL. He tends to the on-site dog park and various common areas. He is always cheerful, friendly, smiling and does a really good job keeping the dog spaces clean, smelling fresh and the pet supplies full. BE WARNED: Yes, these apartments are nice & everyone is nice to your face. However, after moving out, I am now being hit with an exorbitant charge. The Leasing Office manager flat-out disclosed to me over the phone that they replace the carpet in between tenants. Now they are trying to charge me $500 for a minor stain. Legally, carpets are supposed to have a life of several years in apartments. I don't need to explain to a normal adult why you can't replace the carpet in between tenants & then charge me for a stain! And... read more

Do not rent here!!!!! Noise, crime, excessive traffic occurs all the time. Manager soaks renters with excessive fees when they move out.
Cold bathrooms with no heat and automatic fans when the shower goes on making it colder. Very low water pressure.
