Ghetto ass condos. I own and pay 800 bucks a month in HOA alone. The sauna and other amenities aren't working most of the time. The sauna it's not working and they gave us statement saying they have no plans for repairs. Do not rent or buy here. Our condos and garages get broken into on a regular basis. I lost over $3,000 in valuables myself within a year of living here. This is a glorified shed or storage unit.
Chardge 50$for a new gym key
Terrible place, namely a terrible girl at the checkpoint, when the couriers were doing delivery work for the residents of this complex this girl did not let them through and the residents were left without their orders. She first sat talking to someone, when she was asked to hurry up she started to say that the couriers are not at work and she is being cheated, the office would recommend to change her as she does not fulfill her functions and bullies people.
Very pleasant place!
