lived here in 2024. Great setting and atmosphere. The greens, foliage, landscaping, water are the best parts of the community. Amenities are nice, clean, and the complex/condos are not your typical modernized, plain vanilla yogurt, tech guy approach to living. Great place to live
So here I am just reminiscing a bit on this Sunday Sept 14, 2025 and allow my to take you all back in time, you see I spent two years living in The Seabridge Village Apartment, as it was called then, back in 1991 and 1992. have to wait several minutes for these Muslim activities to finish, to be let in to make a delivery
Ghetto ass condos. I own and pay 800 bucks a month in HOA alone. The sauna and other amenities aren't working most of the time. The sauna it's not working and they gave us statement saying they have no plans for repairs. Do not rent or buy here. Our condos and garages get broken into on a regular basis. I lost over $3,000 in valuables myself within a year of living here. This is a glorified shed or storage unit.
