DO NOT USE THEM or rent from them through VRBO. Their policy for return of down payment is 5% of the total price, so that is the first money loss. Second to get your $200 service fee back from VRBO, it states that the company has to return your full payment; WHICH you see never will happen because their policy is to hold back 5% of the TOTAL fee.
