Thanks to Vicky and Laura for helping me with finding a new home! We had a veery limited time to search. To prepare for this they lined up a number of properties for me to view. Their attention to detail in finding what I wanted was greatly appreciated. During this stressful time they guided me through with expert care and kindness! In the end they ensured I got the home I was looking for and needed! I recommend using them to purchase any home in the Halifax area!
We just successfully closed on a property near Chester Nova Scotia with the real estate services of Laura MacIntosh at Seabreeze Real Estate Group. Laura conveniently lives nearby and was promptly able to meet with us in our home on a few occasions to learn about our real estate purchasing aspirations and kept us apprised of nearby properties becoming available on the market. Over a period of months, Laura showed us potential properties both nearby and an hour away, while chasing up more detailed information such as site pla... read more
My partner and I recently worked with Vicky and Laura from Seabreeze Real Estate to sell our home and find a new one to fit the needs for our blended family. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, their attentiveness and caring nature stood out. They took the time to understand our needs and priorities, ensuring that every detail was addressed and all our questions were answered. What truly set them apart was their incredible efficiency. Vicky and Laura managed every aspect of the process ... read more
Laura and Vicky are 2 of the best realtors on the planet! They recently helped me in my return to NS by conducting many showings virtually. I bought a home, after many tries, and drove back and moved right in to find my fridge had been stocked and snacks, along with essentials, were waiting for me! I could have cried. They are the kindest, most modest people, who enhanced my return ‘home’. They will be my ‘forever friends’.
My partner and I cannot recommend Seabreeze Real Estate Group, enough. Laura MacIntosh is incredible, respectful, professional, and knowledge. My partner and I had Laura's support buying our first one back in 2019. We relied on Laura a lot through that, after just moving away from our family and not knowing much about what it takes to buy a house. Laura definitely did not let us down; she was supportive and kind throughout the stressful process and helped us find the perfect starter home. When we decided to sell that home ne... read more
