The property manager from Seabreeze at my building is amazing!
This management company is awful. They literally do nothing! The pool at our property looks like a swamp and it’s been like this for four months now. The pool man stopped showing up because they forgot to pay him and since then couldn’t find a pool man to take care of the pool. The grounds are not being kept up either . Stay away from them! The management has an attitude and is very unpleasant to deal with.
Incompetent Property Manager didn’t return calls or respond to emails in a timely manner and cost me $5,000 off unit sale because this person didn’t keep up with HOA insurance info. Do not recommend this company.
