This company is an absolute joke. My contractor hired them to wire my new construction homes. 1 year ago. They miswired EVERY 3 way circuit! They routed circuits haphazardly. Example, front courtyard, Great room, & Back Lanai is on the same circuit. The bathrooms on opposite ends of house are on same circuit AND has ground fault receptacles on the circuit that HAS a ground fault breaker. Worst Electrical workI have seen done. Bought a new home. Builder used Seabreeze. First i had issues as none of the cat 5 cables for cable tv behind wall plates were connected or had heads so they could be connected. That took two techs and twos days to fix. Seabreeze tech identified my main cable signal coming in. Still had poor service after installing the splitter that was not installed. Building a new home our builder hired these jokers much to our displeasure. They FORGOT the electric to the kitchen island so they had to drill through expensive porcelain tile to put electric on the island. Obviously the expensive tile had to be replaced and our drywall and island drywall repaired. No small fix. Then they messed up most of the electric in the kitchen and had to open drywall to fix that. This company was used by my home builder and after taking our home we found two issues. The first was our coach light was not working during walk through. It took FIVE appointments to get it working, they knew that the landscaper most likely cut the wire to the house but refused to correct it. On the last visit they finally sent someone who did not mind getting dirty and reran the wire to the house. The second issue was an under cabinet light stopped working before or 30 day follow up.
