Scammy business practices horrible customer service. This company has disgusting practices. I checked out the ad on and actually paid the donation to get my free guide, hit continue to look at the guide and they charged immediately an additional $14.99 without a single word they just added on. I immediately contacted customer for a cancelation and refund of the $14.99 and was told no all sales final. Well it wasn't a sell, it was robbery. Purely dishonest business practices and horrible customer service.
