I lived here from June 2015 to June 2020. While not a bad place to live, managers changed too often, rent kept going up despite saying it was “low income”, when I was the victim of DV the manager there at the time did nothing about it despite there being a tenets rights law. My neighbors across the hall were always too loud, the teenagers always blasting music.
