tried to scam me into buying a system for $15,000 on my 7 year old unit. technician came out said the system was shot and needed a new system. told them ai couldn't afford a system they continued to try to high pressure sales tactics. fortunately I got another opinion. new capacitor for $230 out the door everything works great and warranted the repair for 5 years.
