Older place. But clean. No issues. Air conditioner worked AMAZINGLY. Perfect for what we used it for.. sleep and shower. Your not in it much if your on the ocean. Atleast we aren't....lol
One of ocean city's oldest.The Dunes Group. Definitely needs upgraded. Probably destined to be torn down and replaced with a McCondo. Beachfront ooms very musty and dated. Clean. No bugs. Helpful service. Nice pool. Beachfront with easy access to beach. Oceanfront rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors but very steep, narrow original steps. The office is very far away at The Dunes.
First off nobody really spoke good English so check in and any other questions were hard to get across secondly the remote didn’t work for the tv and almost every night i had to call for maintenance to come switch the tv from spanish to english. Thirdly when i did ask for room service they always forgot the towels and fourthly my BIGGEST COMPLAINT is the water pressure you couldn’t wash sand off a plastic shovel with that water pressure it was horrible! Room very dated, Ice machine broken, if you want ice you had to walk to the other motel Dunes to get some. Needed towels at 8am, told staff just got there and they weren't washed yet. TV very small. AC worked well, kept room nice and cool. Fridge & microwave in rm. You get what you pay for
