When Jim Standing from Seaboard Construction came out to give us an estimate on our roof, he was on time, professional, polite, and understood what we wanted without trying to up-sell us. We got about 9 quotes and Jim's came in toward the low to middle range (some quotes were as high as $12k more than his). We decided to use him and couldn't be more pleased. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Seaboard Construction. A complete roof replacement with in a week of receiving my quote. I would highly recommend them to any one looking into home improvements. I will certainly be contacting them again for any upcoming projects or repairs.

Great experience with Seaboard. Owner is great at keeping you updated. Was able to get us scheduled quickly for a roof replacement and we love how it looks. Crew arrived right on time and got everything cleaned up when they left.
