Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid! – After Ike I contacted them. They sent out a team. When I needed them to correct some problems, they disavowed any connection with the team which turned out to be from Georgia and , I found out later, were related to someone in the office. It took many calls and a month or more for them to complete their less than excellent work. They send workmen out without calling to set up an appointment. and are generally very unprofessional. I cannot recommend them. It was a very bad experience!
Good Roofing Company – They scheduled my roof pretty quickly after I got in touch with my Insurance company for a claim. They met with our adjuster worked with our Insurance Company and my only out of pocket expense was my deductible. They removed the old roof and disposed of the it and installed a new roof efficently. They also did a good job of cleaning up our yard and driveway of debris. They forgot to put on a vent and returned in a short time to put it on.
Reasonable and fast – I used this company to repair a small section of my roof. They showed up on time, gave me an estimate and were able to perform the work the next day.
Highly recommend! Dealt with my insurance for me! – Roof was done in one day. Looks great! They dealt directly with my insurance company. I only had to pay my deductible. Had a small problem - they were back the next day to correct.
quality issues – I contracted with Seaback to repair Hurricane Ike damage-our roof and interior ceilings. The roof was done to our satisfaction, but the interior sheetrock does not look like it was done by professionals. The textures don't match-they are not even a close approximation. When the sheetrockers were finished, I pointed out how bad it looked, and was told that when it dried and was painted, it would all blend in. Not!
