Poor Mantenance by manager and maintenance reps it takes 3 repair request and months to get anything from a leak in a sink to a door cabinet off hinge. Laundry facilities are disgusting washer and dryers constantly break down. In the 1st laundry facility thier are ants at door and flies and nest on window. Thiers a bee hive on my drive way. The wood is old and deteriorating. Thier could be large puddles of mud in grass attracting mosquitos for months no one checks for a problem with drainage. I have lived there in 2 different occasions, 2019-2020 and 2021-2022, both occasions had to move out for personal reasons unrelated to the place, and trust me I would love to live there again, the place is quiet, clean, neat and Celine is the best manager ever, trust me I have lived in 4 different places already and she does care, whenever you need anything she will go above and beyond and will exceed your expectations, and on top of everything she is a great human being…
This place has been maintained so well over the years you won't even notice how old they are.
