Erfan was professional, efficient, helpful and kept me updated throughout the entire process. On top of the quality repair work, his customer service was outstanding — friendly, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Erfan is a good dude, he doesn't sugar coat things and gives worse case scenario to prepare for. Thats a brass tacks kinda of man.I can hope for possible reduction on future invoice. Thanks for honest advice.
