Doctors are great at Seaview but reception staff is rude there, they don't know what they are doing. they made me wait for half an hour after my appointment time and when i asked they told me that benefit department are running insurance card. it's ridiculous i have patient there for more then 5 years and my insurance has not change.
Doctor G is great but the billing department is a train wreck. For questions on billing the office keep no records. The simply tell you to call a different number which is an outsourced billing company. They are slow to return calls or offer much help in getting things right.
They have the nicest staff! Very welcoming and you can tell they care about their patients! Definitely recommend this office to any and all!
Dr Franklin is amazing ! Always professional and compassionate.
