I wanted to recognize the gentleman with dreadlocks Denzel who works at the lobby desk at Seaview Apartments. He is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming to both residents and guests. Every interaction is met with a positive attitude, a smile, and a willingness to help. He helps us residents feel safer by regulating who comes in. Terrible service and absolutely unacceptable treatment of residents at Sea View at Dania. One of the front desk/security employees regularly behaves in a rude, arrogant, and disrespectful manner. He refuses to communicate properly with residents, ignores questions, and even refuses to provide his name or last name, as if he has something to hide. The worst situation happened at 3 a.m. I was denied a parking spot even though spaces were available. Instead of helping a resident, the employee acted aggressive and completely ind... read more
