I’ve had a great experience living in this building so far. Jaqueline was amazing during the lease process — super helpful, professional, and kind every step of the way. One of my favorite things is the Colombian food truck that comes on the weekends. The food is delicious, and the whole atmosphere feels really friendly. Everyone I’ve met here has been very nice. I truly feel at home

Raychel was super awesome to deal with very attentive patient and observant to my needs. It was a super stressful experience for me and She helped ease the stress of a lot of my concerns absolutely would recommend Seaview apartments and Raychel!!!
As much as I wish I could leave a positive review, it’s difficult to do so when I still haven’t received my security deposit, despite multiple follow-ups. I’ve called property management three times, only to be transferred with no answer or placed on hold for 20+ minutes. I emailed Alex with no response. I even visited the leasing office twice. Disrespectful neighbors and marijuana smoke infiltrate every corner of this building. Loud music, drugs, and police have all been repeated occurrences on my floor at all hours of the day and night. I have brought this up with management several times in writing and in person to no avail. I wish I could give it a higher rating because the property is beautiful - but unfortunately a peaceful, smoke free, and respectful living environment does not seem to be a priority here.
