I’ve lived at Sea View for two years and have enjoyed it overall. The apartment is comfortable, the amenities are nice, and I feel it’s good value for the price.

Overall, my experience living at Sea View has been quite good. The amenities are good, the maintenance team does a great job, and the staff in general is friendly and attentive. However, there are three specific areas that I believe could be significantly improved and would make a positive difference in the residents’ experience. 1. I’ve been living here for almost two years, and overall, we’re very happy with our experience. The building has great amenities and plenty of comfortable spaces to enjoy. I especially like the spacious gym on the 5th floor. The 11th-floor outdoor area is another favorite spot it’s a beautiful place to sit, enjoy a cup of coffee, relax, and watch the planes arriving and departing from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
