Great place to live ! The landlord is attentive to your needs and take cares of anything quickly. He contacts tenants making sure everything is O.K. and is flexible. Former tenants may want to leave stuff to help set up apartment and that helps however your choice. Living in Kodiak is challenging to move and furniture, etc. is expensive and limited. This really helped me as I did not have furniture at the time and stuff left was not damaged and very practical. I moved and he approved me leaving stuff and did look at it makin... read more
