He was absolutely knowledgeable with all the inner workings of the engine and knew exactly how to instruct on how to fix it from afar, without being present at all, and with an incredible amount of patience. We must say that Sea-USA was able to provide the highest quality of service in the utmost professional manner. We highly recommend them!
