I had to call SeaTow for the first time Sunday. Sure was nice knowing I had competent professionals coming to help me out. They arrived in short order and quite easily returned me and my vessel to the launch. Total peace of mind for me and my loved ones.
These individuals are pure professionals at what they do. Fortunately i have only had 1 occasion to need their service, but it was dead nut on point. Hot Rod came out lickedly split, latched on to my Formula and towed me back to the dock "on plane". He and his mate even put that boat on the trailer! The only thing they didn't do was drive it home and back it in at my house. Can't thank Capt. Christian Orfanello & Capt Rod Harrell enough for the service they provide. We spend quite a bit of time chasing both fish & ducks in the marshes of south Louisiana & these two guys are always ready, willing and able to assist when necessary. Im not sure i've ever met two more professional people when it comes to providing excellent customer service in the face of adversity. Once again, thanks for all you do to ensure the safety of your customers!!!
