Capt Tracy was very nice and professional and got us back to our dock safe and sound.
So glad I started my Sea Tow membership the day I bought my boat. I got stuck yesterday in a crowded cove, Captain Stephen came out in about 30 minutes and towed me out to deeper water away from all the others which allowed me to fix my problems and go home under my own power. 100% worth the coverage
Ran aground on a sandbar on the South Shore of Long Island not unusual. Called Sea Tow they responded quickly. The captain pulled us off the sandbar and got us back to homeport without a problem. Second time since 1990. Yes, 1990. That I had a need for the services member for 36 years and recommend every Boat owner have a membership. What could’ve been a rough end to a great day was made easy by them
Capt. Tracy was great! Courteous and professional.
Captain Tracey was awesome - we had a situation where our anchor wouldn’t hold because of conditions. Captain Tracey arrives fast, got us in a safe position and towed us back to the marina. Great job ! 2 years ago I switched to a competitor of sea tow to save a few bucks - one time I called them it was a worthless. Sea tow and captain Tracey worth every penny of the additional price.
