Captain Ken was great & hilarious!
Our 560 Sky Galleon was grounded at the mouth of the Boca Grande Marina 3/18. Our Sea Tow Captain, James Cunningham, arrived shortly after we put in the call. His first attempt was unsuccessful due to low tide and weight of our boat. He agreed to come back closer to high tide- which was around 1a.m. We were ever so grateful to have a second chance to get off. The wind continued to HOWL and the water was rough. Worst experience ever from this company! They refused to help me and had to get Coast guard to save me, I had to abandon the boat:( Boat tow us is a better choice to choose...
