UPDATE to RESPONSE: Let me be absolutely clear. The cup did not "blow" overboard. The captain had it in his hand, and THREW it overboard. When brought to the attention of the crew after attempting to hail the boat on the radio, they were defensive, prompting the call to your office. Great service. The guy who came to do our proposal was very informative and ready to answer all the questions we had. Obviously seawall construction is a daunting task but he gave us lots of options and timelines to complete our project.
