SeaTac Hardwood Floors did an excellent job refinishing our floors. Randy came out to do a same day estimate and he was very friendly. They worked efficiently, completing six rooms and a hallway in just three days. The cost was the most affordable among the six quotes we received, offering great value for the quality of work. Hired these guys to refinish 500 SF oak flooring and patch a 4 SF spot. Really poor work. No attention to detail. Sanding waves, uneven finish, footprints in stain, large puddles of stain, scuffed up all baseboards, I could go on…. Told me day 2 they would not be able to fix the patch but no money was taken off quote. They came back to try and fix the patch and other bad spots I sent photos of but were unable. Nothing I told them when I got estimate was relayed to crew. I wanted a darker stain but they had already stained be... read more

I bought a new house and wanted the floors refinished before I moved in, including removing old layers of vinyl that had been installed over some of them. Sea-Tac Hardwood Floors was able to come to the house and give me a quote within a day and get started within another day. They contacted me promptly to ask about details that were not apparent until the old flooring had been removed, and kept working without delay even though removing the old flooring took them a couple days longer than they originally estimated. My old, beaten up hardwood floor is now absolutely beautiful. Thanks to Tom and Sea-Tac Hardwood Floors. He was right on time, he came in at the exact cost he quoted us. He also followed up knowing we were looking at getting several estimates . I appreciate working with a company that stands by their word and in the end beautiful floors.
