My home is two years old. Look at the terrible condition of my paint. Getting the runaround from Taylor Morrison. Numerous phone calls, no answers. Very disappointing. This homebuilder should require its paint contractors to do good quality work, using high-quality materials. Sea summit buyers beware! This could happen to you as well!
Recently purchased a home in the Aqua section of Sea Summit, and we have had nothing but good blessings. We moved from Chicago, and the home was the perfect size. It was also in a great location!
