Sea Starr did a beautiful job painting my entire house and fixing some flooring. They rolled it rather than spraying and I think the outcome is a deeper and longer lasting look. Thank you
We had a bit of an odd start with Sea Starr, but their actual service more than made up for the initial challenges. We needed help with our dryer ductwork and the first person I talked to didn’t know if this was a service they offered. She said she’d have the owner call me on Monday to discuss. Absolutely the best customer service! I called and immediately spoke with a real person who was able to make my appointment in real time. Bryant was respectful and was a breeze to work with. Fixed my heater and got my family out of the cold. Communication was seamless. We felt completely comfortable with Bryant. Will definitely call them again if i ever have a hearing or cooling problem in the future. Highly recommend Sea Starr!
Out of the various heating systems I've had installed on both coasts during my lengthy lifetime this was by far the best. service I have ever received. From the time of the initial visit to determine what was needed until the job was completed the process went smoothly and according to what had been agreed on. I had a multi room Mitsubishi ductless unit installed in my large house which I love!!! Bryant is such a hard worker! He ran line that was quite difficult through my home but did it with ease. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC and many other contractor needs. I felt very taken care of from scheduling to the date of installation. I highly recommend Sea Starr Heating & More for any of your HVAC service or installation needs. They are local here in Florence and are by far the best family run business here!
