Absolutely the best customer service! I called and immediately spoke with a real person who was able to make my appointment in real time. Bryant was respectful and was a breeze to work with. Fixed my heater and got my family out of the cold. Communication was seamless. We felt completely comfortable with Bryant. Will definitely call them again if i ever have a hearing or cooling problem in the future. Highly recommend Sea Starr!
We had a bit of an odd start with Sea Starr, but their actual service more than made up for the initial challenges. We needed help with our dryer ductwork and the first person I talked to didn’t know if this was a service they offered. She said she’d have the owner call me on Monday to discuss. Out of the various heating systems I've had installed on both coasts during my lengthy lifetime this was by far the best. service I have ever received. From the time of the initial visit to determine what was needed until the job was completed the process went smoothly and according to what had been agreed on.
