I love the service we got from Sea Starr! The mini-split that came with the house when we bought it 5 years ago began to make a lot of noise and it became quite annoying and worrisome. Amazing service. There was an issue with my ductless air/heater. Their team helped me get it back going. The gentleman was on time. friendly and fast. I compared other companies prices and they were more than fair.

Sea Starr installed a great Mitsubishi heat pump system in my home, replacing numerous annoying base board units. Bryant did a great job installing and fully testing the unit. It was a pleasure working with Bryant and Starr.

I moved to Florence in spring of 2025 and was surprised that the main bedroom got really warm with the afternoon sun. Hadn't expected to need air conditioning - but I did. I contacted my realtor to refer me to someone who could install a mini split. He gave me a couple names and I got bids. I did homework first since I had never heard of a mini split. AC was dripping water and Bryan was able to assess issue and fixed it same day. I was impressed that he covered his shoes before he entered the home. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend SeaStarr.
