Five star experience from start to finish. I had a Swedish massage with Amy who was so intuitve, followed by a facial with Julia, who was very gentle (especially for a first-timer). I highly recommend both ladies. The spa is immaculate. On the exit there is a sign that says "Welcome Back to Reality" and I just didn't want to so I stayed and lounged and went in the steam room All around it was a relaxing day of pampering.
I diligently researched to identify the masseuse with the most reviews. I scheduled my mom and I with that individual at separate times. Only to find out while noticing the name on the tip envelope, that it wasn't the individual with whom I booked. Luckily, the masseuse I had was great. However, it's the principle. It would have nice to be informed and /or given a choice. I wanted/needed a massage so badly, I wouldn't have declined the service with the individual that I received. The nail tech Kelly was amazing Definitely A sweetheart I definitely recommend her. She gave top-notch service
Jamaica gave me an awesome massage 2.5 days before my race. She really worked out the knots and loosened my muscles. She listened to feedback - lighter, not so hard, deeper please.
