Our family was vacationing on Hilton Head Island when our daughter took a terrible tumble onto concrete, injuring her face and two front teeth. Sea Smiles got us in right away, verified our insurance, and took amazing care of us! We had the BEST experience at Sea Smiles Pediatric Dentistry! We had our first appointments today and I cannot express how perfectly easy and wonderful they were! My three year old has always screamed or cried at the dentist in the past, but not today! Everyone was incredibly patient with him, and he only cried when we left because he did not want to leave. The staff is so nice! McKenzie (I’m not sure if I’m spelling that correctly) was so patient with my daughter and talked to her about everything until she was ready! & Dr. Candice was just as amazing! Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for us!
We always have the best visits with all of the members of the Sea Smiles team! We all love both Dr. Shane & Dr. Candace. My two kiddos (6 & 2) always look forward to playing in the fun waiting room and ask for extra time afterwards. (Because the staff is so efficient and we never have to wait too long before going back!)
