I’m really disappointed with the haircut I received. I came in asking for a neck‑length style, and I even showed the stylist a clear picture so there would be no confusion. Instead of listening to what I wanted, she gave me a yuppy‑looking cut that was nowhere close to what I asked for. Was quick enough and had initially appreciated that, even tipped $5 on top of the going rate of $25- but as soon as I got to a mirror I immediately regretted tipping anything or even coming to this establishment. Different lengths in multiple spots and a number of long random tufts, left longest at the very top back so I look like alfalfa. Wouldn't recommend.
Amazing location, welcoming lobby is nice clean and great wait time. Very wonderful business. Wonderful for seniors. Verry friendly.
