Perfect for partiers. A nightmare for families. The location is genuinely good for the price — ocean views from the front, and my kids loved the pool (it's 8 feet deep, which you don't often see). At $130, I expected dated. What I didn't expect was to call the police at 3:50 a.m. Let me explain how this place actually works: there's no front desk check in. This was our first time at this lovely hotel but will not be our last. Its an older property with lots of character, like you see in most beach towns. It used to be a time share so the rooms are more like apartments. They are equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. Our room was very clean, and was a few steps from the beach, which we appreciated. John, the manager of the hotel, is very nice and welcoming. We look forward to staying at Sea Shells again and would definitely recommend to others.

There's a reason this place has great reviews. Just book it if you like the beach vibe and super comfortable beds and perfect comfortable layout you will be happy with your choice. I booked 2 rooms here this past weekend and 1 at the hotel next door. The reason I booked the other hotel is because I wanted options and I'm super picky abought all the things I named above. The second hotel was newer and had breakfast and they charged 25 bucks a day for parking and it was more than double the price of seashells so I thought must... read more
