I stop there every year I have always had a great shopping experience so sad you all have not but maybe they were just having a off day :( never make a final judgment on one visit remember life isn't easy for all of us , we all have a bad moment we're human , I def will continue to stop in every year I'm able to come here ,

So rude!! They did not properly post signage on the colored rocks that my daughter adores. We picked a small bag priced at $3.99...she was so excited to get them! However, I was told it was $7.99 because it was filled??? Asked for help from the manager who told me to "calm down" I'm 6 months pregnant, not easily calmed when I'm told I'm wrong when the sign reads what I'm trying to say....I just left because there was no reasoning with the staff. I'll never be back.
Love this place! Always visit when we go to OC! Do recommend you visit!
Nice people, cute stuff. Not too expensive, I was a little bit disappointed with the ash tray collection, not a lot of variety.
