The merchandise is great. It's the owner's son John Derrick that sucks. Very rude. Horrible customer service. Won't spend my money there because of him.
I was at the Sea Shell Shop on Rehoboth Ave and John, the store employee was very rude. He argued with the item price as it was clearly marked and then continued to mock my family and point and laugh to his employees as he walked away from us. Very bad customer service.
RecommendedVery unique shells and craft items with reasonable prices. Their shop is always fun to visit. Next door is the best miniature golf in the area and it is open year round weather permitting. Just go into the store to get your golf gear if the outside hut is closed off season. Best soft serve ice cream also, but for that you have to wait for the summer season.

Rehoboth Beach has one amazing store in this place. They sell hermit crabs and all supplies you could want. I like their shell collection and souvenirs they sell. High recommend and I couldn’t imagine a trip to the beach without going there.
