It's sad to give a bad rating to a place you really wanted to visit. I never made my booking b/c they would not cancel it with a refund or credit to reschedule. The red tide bloom is infesting the West Coast of Florida, found this out the week prior to my reservation. As a local I encountered issues when visiting Naples last month due to the algae bloom.
