Sea Salt is a wonderful location at SunDial. The ambiance was nice and we sat in the lounge to have wine and raw oysters. Both were wonderful! We also ordered the octopus warm appetizer. It was really good and not your typical calimari. If you like your horseradish picante (fresh) make sure to ask otherwise it may not have much of a kick. We'll go back.
Everything from wine, appetizers, dinner and dessert were amazing! Amanda did a wonderful job at service and we never wanted for anything. This restaurant is run wonderfully, staff is attentive and the food is complex and amazing. A must come to!
