Had lunch at the bar..the only patron ...ordered sea bass tacos...Bartender (James, I asked) upon bringing it...muttered sorry about that< it’s striped bass. The first taco was good; the second was salmon. When I pointed this out to James, he replied..the chef sometimes replaces when he runs out. Runs out? Tried to speak to chef (Hames said he was tied up & no manager available). We have had wonderful meals in the past~ both Naples & St Pete: diners be cautious. RecommendedToday was just buffet,but had a variety from oysters on the 1/2 shell, jumbo shrimp, carved prime rib,swordfish, salmon, desserts,etc etc. server was right on top of everything! It was a good change of pace! No rush...everyone extremely courteous and friendly!
