Misleading unit pricing and gouging tactics Viewed as a potential renter with my girlfriend. The rent prices are unjustifiably inflated and MetCap has been dropping rents for months because people aren’t renting. In July 2025 they’ve added a “bachelor” option (440 sq ft) to make the overpriced 1-bed (474 sq ft) and 2-bed units look like a better deal.
