I was referred to this dentist office. Welp! Today I was told my insurance was not accepted. I called the insurance rep she verified I was as I drove 30 min to get here the office calls me and says this. I sit in the parki g lot for 10 min with rep & office. My appt is at 345 pm get verified 10 min later, get a call from rude Heather officr manager as I am on the phone with this dental office's up front rep and Heather wants to cancel my appt. Dr. Hammond is fantastic. He has performed two separate extraction procedures for me so far, and he and the staff make you feel very comfortable with everything. I had never been under anesthesia before, and he made the whole process really easy. The practice is clean and everyone is very nice. My only gripe is that it's hard to get in on short notice, but this seems to be common with both oral surgery and endodontics.
