The people in the office is very friendly and professional with helping you with all your needs.
Place looks like a junk yard and leasing office smells like mildew. Pulled a bait and switch on me. Single full custody dad to a 3 year old. Told me 5 times to drop off the paperwork in their drop box. When I arrive with my cashiers checks and paperwork , i walk inside instead of dropping it in the box. All the sudden the story changes and all the rooms are booked and nothing is available. mind you the same complex I called 20 minutes prior to get the name for a $64 cashiers check for this specific room they said was avalibl... read more
I tried to find out information as a potential renter but when I asked standard questions Olivia only answered parts of the questions, then said someone would be reaching out to answer the questions about vacancy and pricing that for some reason she did not know, even though she could give me the answers for immediate dates but not in the near future.
