Left 16 people out in the pouring rain, not providing the codes to the gated community nor the booked house. Didn't answer his phone for any of us, VRBO couldn't get ahold of him either. We all had to book separate hotel rooms. He told some of us he was out of town, he told others he was sick. Give anyone else your money.
