We interviewed 3 Realtors to sell our home. When we listed our home the first time we asked our realtor what we needed to do to make the sale go smoothly and get the best for market value. The realtor responded absolutely nothing, the home will sale itself. The realtor came up with our price and we placed on market! The very first offer was 50k under our lists price and the realtor said jump on it!!!
