Nic Petrillo and his team at Sea of White went above and beyond in their service delivery for a few tapware orders, which they fulfilled quickly and promptly in the lead-up to the Christmas holiday closure period. Nic knows his tapware! I could send him a photo or describe what I needed to replace in my current home, and he was able to come up with not only suggested tapware, but colours and shapes to match existing colour ways in the home. I found that all of the staff had great knowledge of the products and could really answer my questions. They went beyond in trying to help me match products and find solutions. The showroom has an extensive range.

A week before Christmas - our downstairs toilet seat snapped off - forcing my husband to seek out a new toilet seat from several companies - only to be told they are all unique and he needed to have the exact model number and details etc etc - which were absent on our toilet. Compounding this - was the fact that the 2 stores he visited said they didnt stock seats and would have to be ordered in and unlikely to be available before Christmas.
