We have been coming to Dr. Vales at Sea of Smiles for a few years now. My kids love going there. Who would think that a child actually looks forward to going to the dentist? The Doctor and entire staff are extremely friendly and they make it fun as well as educational for my children. The new office in Lakewood Ranch is AMAZING!!! The office is huge! The chairs even have TV's over them now so that the kids are distracted and relaxed. My kids will go here until they are adults!! Love them!!!!!
I brought my son to this dental office. Dr stillman was so great! The front desk was able to file my insurance for me without issues. They are always on time! I highly recommend this office!
The first time I took my son to this dental office I had a horrible experience with the front office staff. They were rude, inexperienced and did not follow up with me regarding my insurance as they stated they would. I overlooked it due to the fact that I liked the dentist. However, we just went back and to my dismay it was a different dentist. She and the hygienist were whispering about my son right in front of me, she did not even explain his treatment plan to me. Medicaid assign my children to this Dr and when I call to make an appointment, she told me yes, but when I told him I had medicaid insurance, she said not sorry at this time we are booked. This means that they have appointment but only for private insurance.
