This office is so unorganized and communication is very poor. I schedule my appointments six months in advance every time. I showed up with my three children, one with braces that has to have wires removed and put back on, and the office was closed. When I called, all I got was, "Well, we were closed." No apology, nothing. And she had the nerve to sound frustrated with me. I scheduled this in March and confirmed it July 1st when I was in for another appointment. Terrible experience today. Dr. VALES is TERRIBLE ! She not only told me I couldn't stay in the room with my daughter, while pulling her little teeth out she told my 5 year old daughter to keep breathing or she would ask my husband to leave. Terrible beside manner!
Dentist is fine. I have no issues with the actual medical staff. However, the front office staff is in need of an overhaul. Drove 45 minutes for an appointment only to find out the office was closed with no call to notify me beforehand. Rescheduled and was promised a confirmation 2 days in advance. Never got one. Called all day the day before and got voicemail all day. Received return call the morning of appointment claiming they sent a confirmation text 2 days earlier. Shout out to Dr. Jose Navarro who filled three cavities yesterday for my 8 year old nervous daughter. Amazing bedside manner! Very gentle and took time to explain things to my daughter. Literally he brought tears to my eyes, because he was so kind. He kept calling her brave and he talked her through the entire thing!! (He didn’t realize he was also helping a nervous Mom in the corner to be calm!!!) I recommend him to any parent. A+ service. Sad he was just a visiting dr. Fingers crossed the permanent dentist is great.
All three of my boys come here and I’ve always had the best experience! They are truly helpful and compassionate. I had worries about my 10 and 3 year old visits but they’ve mad it seem so easy! I definitely recommend to anyone needing a pediatric dentist!
I’ve worked in dentistry for over 20yrs myself and I thought the office was well kept and the assistant was very knowledgeable and kind! I had taken my two oldest kids first who were 12 &10 and not used to their teeth being cleaned by anyone else but myself or the girls at the office I used to work at but the assistant was very good with them and she allowed them to pick out what flavor they wanted to have used on them!
